Sculptra Aesthetic Injection

Course Overview:

This program offers hands-on, live patient training, allowing participants to practice injections on pre-selected models in a collaborative environment. Unlike other injectable courses, attendees will work together to administer injections on a specific set of models as part of the practical training component. A comprehensive knowledge of Dermal Fillers is required, and attendance to the course necessitates prior completion of "Basic & Advanced Dermal Fillers" Course, previous experience in administering HA Dermal Fillers, or equivalent qualifications.

Course Agenda:

1. Registration: 9:30 - 10:00 am

2. Introduction by Pines Aesthetics and Physician Instructor; overview of Sculptra Aesthetic Procedures, Review of Agenda/Objectives: 10:00 - 10:15 am

3. Explore Facial and Body Venous Anatomy, Understand Indications for Facial Filler or Body Contouring Procedures, including absolute and relative contraindications. Present various approaches for common facial and body concerns. Review dilution and injection protocols for all areas: 10:15 - 11:30 am

4. Learn Specific Injection Techniques, Hyper-Dilution Tables, Topical Anesthesia, and other injection pearls for effective treatment with Sculptra Aesthetic. Discuss possible side effects, review dosing schedules, and injection patterns: 11:30 - 12:30 pm

5. Lunch: 12:30 - 1:00 pm

6. Discuss high volume enhancement for large body areas and cellulite indications, including the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure. Examine before/after photographs for better visualization. Cover Pre and Post Treatment Protocols, Medical History, Patient Consent Forms, and Photography Considerations: 1:00 - 2:15 pm

7. Break: 2:15 - 2:30 pm

8. Engage in Hands-On Training Sessions with live patients: 2:30 - 4:30 pm

9. Questions and Answers: 4:30 - 5:00 pm
