Cancelation Policy:

Kindly be advised that all cancellations must be submitted in writing through mail or fax transmission. Our Cancellation Policy is rigorously enforced due to the extensive planning and preparation involved in our workshops. A refund, minus a $200.00 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop commences. Cancellations beyond this timeframe do not qualify for a refund but may be applied towards a future workshop with approval from Pines Aesthetics's administrative department.

In the event that a course is canceled or postponed due to not meeting the minimum number of registrants or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Please be aware that Pines Aesthetics Center LLC cannot assume responsibility for hotel deposits, non-refundable airline tickets, or fees associated with necessary airline changes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
